Position: Behaviour Support Worker
Location: Maidenhead
**Salary**: £22,826-£25,015
One of our schools based in Maidenhead are looking for a reflection room supervisor to join the team commencing ASAP.
The school based just outside of Maidenhead town centre surround themselves in a positive environment, where staff guide and support each other and students have the opportunity to grow and develop with the guidance of the determined Head teacher.
Working alongside the pastoral team, the ideal person will be required to provide a motivating environment which empowers students to learn and develop.
**Duties**:
- Ensuring students complete appropriate work by encouraging a positive study attitude and liaising with relevant staff.
- Reflection room remains in an orderly and organised state.
- Manage the reflection room which accommodates students who have temporarily been removed from lessons for a fixed period of time.
- Supporting students with behaviour management strategies and mentoring with targeted students when there are no students in the reflection room.
- Communicating with parents and families
- Feeding back on behaviour to relevant members of staff
- Support with administrative responsibilities
- Attend pastoral meetings.
