**Trainee Clinical Specialist - Endoscopy**

**Outline**:
This is fantastic opportunity for someone who has some medical or clinical experience and would like to work in a medical training role within endoscopy.

**The Role**:

- This is a position for someone to work in a Product Specialist role with endoscopy devices, being the product expert across a small number of units.
- Based from a major central Manchester hospital, working in clinical settings to provide initial and ongoing training to staff in various therapy areas.
- Aiding during procedures as requested, ensuring the correct and effective use of the endoscopy products in that given therapy area.
- Maintaining your own professional development, along with regional and national training events.
- This role has a lot of training across the various areas of endoscopy, certainly not just GI. It also offers a great route towards Application Trainer, Sales Associate or Product Management (all highly rewarding roles).
- Based on a 40 hour, Monday to Friday working week, daytimes only as the norm

**Package**:

- Basic starting salary: Up to £28k (which will increase after probation)

**The Ideal Person**:

- This role is suited for a graduate with some clinical experience who is wanting to work in a more commercial business and not in direct care.
- This role is also suitable for operating theatre-based staff with some experience in the uses of endoscopy who want to further their career would be ideally suited to this role.
- Nursing or other Clinical staff who have a good understanding of endoscopy and the anatomy would be strongly considered for this role.
- You’ll need the willingness and drive to learn lots of new information, across a wide range of product and treatment areas but a full training and development program is given throughout you career
- An outgoing personality and excellent people skills, they’re essential for this career.
- You must live in the Manchester area and be commutable to central Manchester.
- Right to work in the UK essential - no sponsorship available (sorry).
