Credit Controller required to work in a busy environment for a friendly industrial business based in West Kent

Reporting to the Credit Manager duties will include
- Full credit control payment chasing
- Meet and exceed monthly cash collection and debtor day targets
- Resolution of invoice queries
- liaising with the service team
- issuing and allocating credit notes
- Credit & Debit card payment processing
- maintenance of all aspects of the ledger
- reviewing and maintaining accounts in line with the business requirements
- Preparation of court letters for overdue balances
- Posting and correct allocation of cash receipts against customer accounts
- Sales ledger account reconciliations
- Maintaining a daybook log of all key customer communications
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships
