Job Summary
This is a developing role which initially involves providing administrative support across all aspects of the day-to-day team running. The role encourages growth into further administrative roles, including commercial or project management, supported by training to achieve career progression.
The individual will be required to multitask, with proactive problem-solving skills, whilst maintaining accuracy. Clear effective communication within the business and with external contacts is key for the role. The role will require daily use of Microsoft packages including Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Key Skills and Tasks
- To perform administrative tasks, including financial data entry, formatting documents, taking minutes, preparing notes/photographs for client issue, creation of purchase orders and filing
project information. - To set up and maintain team project numbers, folder structures and email filing locations.
- Maintaining current project and financial spreadsheets and documents.
- Assist with creation of new templates.
- Assist with credit control (debt management).
- To act as the team champion for company policies, ensuring all work is in line with group procedures.
- Assisting with the creation of promotional materials for the team.
- Assisting with bids, tenders, supplier questionnaire and CV’s for the team.
- Organising meetings, including booking rooms and liaison with Clients.
- Organising training, equipment and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with commercial and administrative cover during periods of absence and high workload.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management.
- This is a developing role with opportunities for expanding the role and responsibilities within
the team, to be discussed upon personal growth within the role.

- Able to collaborate and be a pro-active communicator with all group staff and external contacts.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages.
- Confident working with numbers would be an advantage.
