Due to business growth, here at Bristol Street Motors Chesterfield Trade Parts, we are recruiting for a Trade Parts Telesales Advisor to join the team If you are currently working within a Motor Trade Parts environment and are looking for a fast pace role, then this could be the ideal opportunity for you

We are offering a basic salary of £26,000 plus a range of Company benefits.

You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm

As a Trade Parts Telesales Advisor, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales operation. You will be working with an experienced team in our busy Multi Franchise & Aftermarket Parts telesales operation.

The role will involve dealing with a high volume of calls both inbound and outbound, from trade, retail, internal and franchise customers. You will be required to build customer relationships professionally and quickly over the telephone and establish their requirements before providing advice. You will ensure you take accurate orders from customers whilst inputting customer details and parts data into the Kerridge system and ensure accurate completion of all parts documentation.

For this role ideally you will have experience in an Aftermarket Parts role or have good knowledge of parts, but this is not necessary. You will need to be ambitious and have a determination to seek out new sales opportunities within our customer database and exceed parts sales objectives on a daily basis.

You will need to be customer focused with an excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.
