Residential Childcare Worker

We are looking for childcare Practitioner to join us and expand our team and help us deliver fantastic outcomes for the children we are fortunate enough to care for.
We pride ourselves on being a need led organisation; established to provide a positive life enhancing opportunity for young people in care with emotional and behavioural difficulties. You will need excellent people skills, be able to develop and support good working relationships, good leadership skills and the willingness to undertake additional Qualifications (Level 3 or 4 Diploma) and all training provided. You will be working with young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Along with your team and a superb support structure, you will be empowering the young people to regulate and change their behaviour and help them to live their "best life”.
The Childcare Practitioner role is required to "sleep in" for which an additional payment is paid.
Childcare Practitioner will be required to work a rolling rota contract of 10 shifts per calendar month starting each shift at **10:00 am working through 23:00 + Sleeping In at the home **followed by **07:00 - 10:30 am (end of shift)**. We pay **£50 **for every sleep in completed. The company has a fantastic support structure in place and training is ongoing.
