An exciting opportunity has arisen within Maternity Services for an experienced Administrator to support the Quality & Safety Team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, innovative and motivated person to join the team. If you have a professional approach, excellent interpersonal leadership and communication skills and are well organised with good IT skills, we would love to hear from you.
This role is on a fixed term basis for 12 months and Secondment will be considered.
The role is crucial in supporting the Maternity Service, ensuring safe and compassionate care to our service users.
- To provide business and administrative support to the Quality and Safety Matron, including PA duties
- To support the Risk & Safety team administratively, with high quality comprehensive administration
- To organise and administer multiple key meetings, including collating and distributing of papers, accurate minute taking and updating of action trackers, working alongside the chair to ensure efficient and effective meeting etiquette
- To act as a point of contact and coordinate and organise urgent Clinical review meetings, ensuring timely response and attendance of invitees.
