We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to work from our busy Kenley Office, reporting directly to the Administration Assistant Manager and the Sales Ledger & Credit Control Manager.

**The Role**
- General administrative and invoicing duties which will involve the use of our internal systems. We need to ensure that our own databases are well maintained, and accurately reflect the services and charges that we are providing
- Database interrogation/processing information and preparation of our various customers billing requirements, with some work on several of our customer web-based portals when applicable
- Production and processing of SECOM staff and Subcontractor ID’s
- Dealing with print and non-print stationary orders for our various offices around the country
- General preparation of any Head Office meetings when needed (booking rooms/organising lunches, refreshments etc)
- Must have good data input and organisational skills
- Able to prioritise workloads
- Able to work as part of a team
- Has good administrative skills
- Hardworking with flexible approach
- Reasonable knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred
