Join our dynamic marketing team as a Marketing Assistant, based in Kenley, Surrey. We're seeking a self-motivated individual, who is able to work well individually and within a team. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and agencies, requiring effective campaign management and analytical skills. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely alongside another Marketing Assistant, sharing responsibilities and collaborating on various tasks to ensure the success of our dynamic marketing initiatives. This role includes completing various marketing tasks with additional administrative responsibilities. If you're a creative thinker with 1-2 years of experience in marketing and possess a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you
**The Role**
- Write, edit, and proofread content for various marketing channels
- Conduct reporting and marketing analytics for data on marketing activities from start to finish (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)
- Assist with the daily administering the company intranet, managing starters, leavers, document management and forms
- Assist with the daily handling of company intranet support tickets and contribute timely content to the company intranet
- Create and engage internal and external content across multiple channels
- Assist with updating job advertisements on Indeed
- Work alongside another Marketing Assistant to coordinate and produce the weekly company internal newsletter
- Additional ad-hoc duties to support the marketing department and wider business as required
**Required Skills**:
- 1+ years of experience in marketing
- CMS and Web platforms content creation and maintenance support
- Strong written communication skills
- Proven experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube
- Excellent copywriting skills
- High attention to detail, ensuring quality work is consistently delivered
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Technologically savvy with the ability to multitask, plan, and coordinate workload effectively
- Proficiency in social media ads, affiliate networks, and retargeting
**Desired Skills**:
- Photo and video editing skills for social media
- Experienced with Canva
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign
