**Job Purpose/ Mandate**:
You will deliver sustainable profitable growth for Atlas Copco Rental UK business. Reporting to the UK Sales & Business Development Manager, the role of the inside sales support will use product technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of ACR Rental products, for which a certain level of expertise is required. You will assist colleagues with bids and tenders for new clients, qualify leads as they come in, help prospects and work alongside the marketing team.
**Job Duties**:
- Assist the field sales team with quotations for customers.
- Contribute to the overall UK region revenue goal each year.
- Provide support to the field sales team with the supply of necessary certification as requested by the customer.
- Provide 3D images to the sales team for specific equipment setups using our Revit program.
- Assist the field sales team with preparing tender bids.
- Assist the field sales team by liaising with new customers to complete any new account/supplier information.
- Be responsible for the Net Promotor Score survey responses.
- Prospect new customers to gather new contacts for the sales team to target.
- Actively promote Atlas Copco Rental through the use of social media, specifically LinkedIn.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
- Work toward improving processes relating to customer requirements.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with client decision-makers and colleagues
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex solutions in an easy-to-understand manner
- Experience in the equipment rental industry is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Willingness to travel
- Undertaken formal sales coaching/training.
