Part-time Secretary

**Job Title**: Part-Time Secretary
**Location**:Hybrid: In-office at 311 Commercial Road, London, E1 2PS on Mondays and Wednesdays; Remote work on Tuesdays.
**Salary**:£18,000 per annum (part-time)
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and take detailed messages to ensure effective communication flow.
- Manage scheduling of property viewings to optimise client engagement and support sales activities.
- Coordinate the scheduling of required property inspections such as gas safety and electrical inspections, adhering to regulatory standards.
- Handle invoice processing to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
- Assist in progressing agreed sales, facilitating communication between parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
**Ideal Requirements**:
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably as a secretary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a capacity to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant office management tools.
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
