**Job Summary** Lead delivery of a portfolio of BI Architecture projects underpinning BI services for MAXIMUS UK, including technical requirements definition, design, build, testing, deployment and support. Line management within the Data Management team and agile projectmanagement of multidisciplinary BI / IT scrum teams.

Please note you will be required to attend regular monthly meetings in Leeds.

**Essential Job Duties** **BI Architecture Product Ownership**
- Support the BI Architect in defining and maintaining the BI Architecture roadmap
- Coordination with BI technical leads to design solutions and estimate / plan
- Lead BI architecture alignment and approval with IT, Digital, Info Security, DPO
- Lead definition of the BI technology budget and manage BI architecture costs
- Manage BI platform capacity, security, availability and disaster recovery plans and ensure monitoring and maintenance activities take place
- Agile Delivery Lead - BI Architecture
- Engage with stakeholders and provide clear updates on Architecture plans, progress and issues
- Maintaining the BI Architecture development backlog
- Roadmap, Project and Sprint planning
- Drive robust estimating and high-quality design, build, deployment and support
- Lead Agile planning and delivery including BI, IT and Digital colleagues
- Facilitate progress and eliminate impediments
- Architecture Team Manager
- Line management of data platform administrators

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Qualified (or working towards qualification) Scrum Master with 2+ years Agile management experience
- Substantial technical knowledge and deployment experience of effective BI solutions based on MS Azure
- Understanding of Azure Data Lake and analytics components including as Data Bricks / Python, Data Factory, Synapse and Analysis Services
- Able to demonstrate experience of eliciting and documenting technical requirements to a high standard of accuracy and efficacy
- Experience in planning and coordinating testing & monitoring to deliver and maintain quality solutions

- Strong planning and coordination skills with a keen sense of prioritisation and time management
- Excellent collaborator, bringing together teams internally and externally to deliver projects

- Deploys effective and audience-appropriate communication skills with team, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Experience of creating and giving engaging presentations to a varied group of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically, challenge the status quo, and provide recommendations
- Passionate about BI products and driving best in class customer experience
