**MAIN PURPOSE**:
Sparrows have a great opportunity for a Warehouse Person to join the Rentals Group working with Rental plant equipment, requiring good manual handling skills and computer literacy to ensure all hired equipment is off hired safely and efficiently.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Management and continuous improvement of Sparrows Rental Fleet Tool Containers
- Off Hire of Sparrows Rental Fleet equipment on Aspire rental tracking system
- Assist with mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment in line with Rentals Group Call off process
- Assist to ensure all returned equipment is inspected and off hired promptly
- Assist to ensure all associated paperwork is accurately recorded and communicated to Rental Office
- Stock control and replenishment of all consumables for Rentals Group
- Focal point for Rental fleet equipment being processed by Goods In team in the warehouse, including water bags and calibrated equipment
- Monitoring completed jobs physically located in the warehouse and compiling a weekly report for Rental Activities Controller
- Sending Rental fleet equipment for calibration and inspection
- Contact 3rd party suppliers to arrange collection of equipment where applicable
- Assist to ensure all rental equipment is stored and labelled in an organised manner
- Carry out all housekeeping duties as required

**Essential Requirements**
- Physically fit and good manual handling skills
- Working knowledge of Plant/ Equipment tracking software
- Good Communication and Organisational Skills
- Forklift ticket
- full driving license
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work scopes
