We are searching for a friendly barista who has experience working with **speciality coffee** and /or in a high-volume location, someone who can confidently dial in and has a passion for coffee and can produce good, consistent latte art. We have a training programme, both online via barista hustle and in-person with one of UK's best baristas (literally).

Experience in specialty coffee goes right to the top at Blanchflower and our owners started their first espresso bar in Manchester 10 years ago, and the love runs deeply through the organisation. We have a training programme that will be ongoing throughout your time with us, and literally any level of excellence can be catered for.

Our customers are lovely with stacks of regulars. This is a unique and wonderful place to work.

The role is salaried and the working week is around 42 hours, which consists of 5 shifts per week including weekends.

You'll need to be someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and is a good team player.
