**Aufgaben**:
**To help STRABAG UK Limited deliver sustainable growth within the UK by strengthening organisational talent, culture and capability. Working in our Head Office in Central London, you will:

- **
- Work in Support of the Recruitment Lead, ensuring all relevant records and Trackers are kept updated.
- Raise requisitions to place advertisements on the STRABAG portal and relevant job boards when required.
- Assist with all staff recruitment - monitoring approval paperwork and preparing offers and contracts.
- Ensure the group in house system MyHR is continually updated.
- Provide regular reports/updates to the Recruitment Lead as requested.
- Liaise with the appropriate supplier regarding full employment checks are carried out.
- When the hiring decision is made, communicate effectively with the People & Culture Administration Team to ensure onboarding process and documentation is issued promptly.
- Proactively researching and identifying best practice initiatives and delivering as appropriate - an awareness of external / Group initiatives and taking steps to introduce or tailor for the UK as required.
- Attend relevant seminars and courses to ensure continual personal and professional development i.e. legislation changes, employment law, visas etc.
- Ensure People and Culture’s contributions is strategically business relevant and aligned to commercial goals.

**Qualifikationen**:

- First hand experience to Recruitment in a commercial business, preferably, although far from essential, construction
- Fully conversant with GDPR legislation
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Would be very useful if you were fully conversant with with IR35 and UKVI legislation
