Our Nightclub Team are the ones ensuring our Guests have an amazing night out whilst maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
At the start and end of the shift they can be found doing all the little jobs like cleaning, maintaining or training - the jobs that keep them up to date and our venues at the standard they should be. As the music kicks in and guests arrive they are wherever they are needed, making delicious sharing cocktails and interacting with the guests.
It's fast paced, hard work but so much fun and if you are experienced in the Bar you will love your 30's/Sugar work.
Understanding the importance of teamwork, our team are great at multi-tasking, being experienced in all aspects of the Nightclub they know the hard work and attention to detail required.
All of our teams are highly engaged with all teams in the venue as well as the wider group and take a keen interest in the direction and journey of the business as a whole.
**It is essential that you are 18 years old or over and happy to work nights on Friday and Saturday from 11pm to approx 3am.**
Skill and experience are necessary to do this job, but more than anything else, we want someone who shares our vision of a hospitality industry that is better and sees themselves being part of the team who can make this happen
