About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our team at Hollywood Bowl Group. As a Bar Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive an outstanding experience every time they visit our centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers receive an outstanding experience every time they visit our centre.
  • Prepare and serve drinks and food to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
