**Training Operations Supervisor** required by a leading international membership body based in central London.
The post holder will manage to the highest standard, the development and delivery of public and In-House Accreditation Programmes and specialist courses in the UK and Overseas, you will also manage relationships with all Tutors and Consultants as well as supervisingand mentoring 4 Operations Coordinators.
This is a full time permanent role, paying £35,000 per annum plus excellent benefits - hybrid working (office and home/remote working) - interviews asap
**Duties**:

- Day to day management of four Operations Coordinators
- Advance scheduling of dates for UK and international public course calendar and add to the booking system once confirmed by tutors and venues, for advertising on associated trade websites.
- Sourcing tutors for public training courses.
- Sourcing suitable venues for public training dates in line with budgetary constraints.
- Progressing changes and updates of course notes from tutors to production ensuring all materials are always up to date.
- Reviewing delegate pack and content on an annual basis.
- Monitor and action any feedback comments from delegates and tutors working in conjunction with the relevant team members.
- Responsible for informing relevant delegates on cancellation of any public courses prior to the course date.
- Answering any potential client queries on public training and providing information on course content, locations and availability
- Collating customer details for interest on courses with no planned public dates and organising on demand.
- Mentor, guide and supervise operations personnel.
- Working in conjunction with the Operations Manager on annual public training budgets including breakdown of monthly revenue in accordance with planned public training courses.
- Report on Monthly Commissions / collaborations.
- Work with finance to resolve any invoice / credit note queries.

Key requirements:

- Experience of working in a training/ events administration role.
- Experience of database management and associated reporting
- Budgetary experience
- People management is essential for this role - coupled with the ability to drive and motivate team members and lead by example
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail and a superb telephone manner are all essential.
- Excellent Customer service skills and communication skills
- Strong time management and a high organised
- Salesforce experience is desirable
