**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of estimating experience

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Gather proposals, blueprints, architectural drawings, and specifications.
- Accurately measure and draw up plans in a well-presented manner.
- Produce bills of quantities (BOQ).
- Develop costings for projects.
- Complete tender documents and submit accordingly.
- Work on multiple tenders and quotations simultaneously.
- Liaise with clients to understand and adhere to their requirements.
- Review sub-contractors and assess their suitability for projects.
- Source competitive pricing for materials from suppliers.
- Handle telephone inquiries and written correspondence related to estimates.
- Collaborate with construction managers, planners, and design teams.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A Levels or equivalent educational background.
- Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft programs.
- Articulate and numerate.
- Minimum of 3 years of estimating experience.
- Ability to accurately measure and interpret project requirements.

**Schedule**:

- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
