**We are looking for an experienced assistant psychologist (band 5, fixed term for 12 months) to join the Buckinghamshire Older Adult Psychology Service.**

The postholder will support the co-ordination, development and delivery of the diagnosing dementia in care homes project in Buckinghamshire, using the Diadem Tool. This includes organising visits to a variety of care home settings. Administrative tasks such as maintaining the waiting list and outcome data as well as organising meetings and liaising with the community mental health team and local services.
