British Airways are recruiting for a Digital Learning Designer to join the Digital Learning Team in the Global Learning Academy (GLA), the airlines learning function.

**Who are the Digital Learning Team & what do we do?**

The team are responsible for the production of digital learning assets for departments across the airline. We lead the creation and implementation of blended learning programmes that include video, eLearn, audio, graphics, animation and much more. We also lead the digital learning strategy which includes identifying and implementing appropriate learning technologies.

**How you’ll be contributing?**

The demand for the team is increasing and the expectations of our stakeholders are evolving. We’re looking for someone who can help us meet this demand and take our digital learning design proposition to the next level.

**This opportunity might be right for you if you have**
- Experience in designing and developing user centred digital assets such as video, animation & eLearning using Adobe Creative Cloud and Articulate 360.
- Creative writing experience, and the ability to bring information to life through effective scripting and storytelling.
- Understanding of user experience and user interface design principles.
- Ability to identify suitable learning trends, developing them into effective and engaging blended learning experiences.
- An eye for detail and digital design standards with experience in enhancing internal ability through knowledge sharing and quality control.
- Expertise in the 6 stages of the learning design cycle.
- Capability to diagnose and resolve issues in Articulate 360 and Office365.
- Desire to join a collaborative team dynamic and crave continuous development.
