**What you'll be doing** What you'll be doing**
You will have experience as an Administrator supporting all members of the Work Winning team with receipt and organisation of tender documents.
As an **Enquiries Administrator, **you will have the following accountabilities:
- Breaking down Bill of Quantities in line with Specifications and Drawings
- Co-ordinate and respond to Queries from Supply Chain via wider bid team
- Record all quotations received on Procurement schedule and file in SharePoint
- Chase supply chain for outstanding quotations as instructed by the Estimators
- Check tender documents as they are received
- General administration within the department, e.g Typing letters, Downloading and Uploading Tender information from web portals as and when required

- Previous experience of working in construction - building/civils/energy
- Secretarial and/or administrative experience
- Highly organised and able to work on own initiative
- Strong communicator
- Excellent team working skills, and able to build relationships at all levels
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight timescales
- Very strong customer focus
