We are seeking to appoint as soon as possible a permanent well organised individual with the skills to provide an effective reception service for customers.

With clear and concise communication and customer care skills the individual will work as part of a team within the leisure facility to ensure customer satisfaction.

The post holder will be responsible for processing customer details in line with Data Protection regulations, receipt and account for customer payments including the use of electronic payments systems in compliance with council procedures.

The post holder will create accurate data base records and provide an efficient clerical support for managers.

Possessing proven IT skills the post holder will maintain computerised booking systems ensuring relevant information is accurate

A degree of flexibility is required in this role as you will need to cover for holidays and absence.

WLC hours of work:
Tuesday 7-12.30, Thursday 5.30-9.30 & Friday 4.30-9.30.

BRB hours of work:
Wed 12.15-4.45, Friday 3.30-8.45 & Sunday 8.15-3.45.
