**Job Title: Customer Supply Coordinator**

**Salary**:£37,000 to £46,000 (Depending on Experience)

**Location**: Birchwood, Cheshire

**Benefits**:25 days annual leave,

10% bonus

Contributory pension scheme
- Caterpillar will double the employee's contribution Up to 10%

Contributory share scheme
- Caterpillar will matched 50% of the employee's contribution

**Job Opportunity**:
**Job Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Responsible for the provision of information to our global customers. Also expected to provide direct customer support and issue resolution working across internal functional teams.
- Responsible for customer experience and continuous improvement of the services and features provided. Must be able to recommend and implement enhancements based on facts and data.
- Liaise closely with the customer and internal teams to define and communicate process enhancements and required change to improve supply performance.
- Create process documentation and own relevant procedures relating to the customer within the scope of the role.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Customer focussed and passionate about the customer experience, solid work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond in pursuit of meeting the customer’s ever-increasing needs.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Understand and demonstrate a knowledge of supply chain operations and customer service.
- A passion for all things customer services related and an aptitude to learn; essential to be able to demonstrate recent experience in customer service and customer management.
- Must be able to present ideas and engage senior stakeholders and internal partners to manage change and promote strategies.
- A creative and innovative eye for detail and an ability to deliver information to very high standards.
- Have an ability to proactively solve problems and explain challenges via providing the necessary facts and data, from which creating a need to change and improvement recommendations where necessary.
- Ability to challenge existing processes and solutions and make recommendations to improve current state and provide a world class customer experience.
- An ability to think strategically.
- Good understanding of the Aftermarket processes and channels to market
- Advanced understanding and practical use of a wide range of PC skills and software packages, MS Office, SAP, data mining and data analytics preferable
- Knowledge and understanding of SAP system.
