Newton Abbot, United Kingdom Chanbury's Woodfired Pizza Full time

_Pizza Chef Team Member_
Chanbury's Woodfired Pizza is a local family business built from passion and a ethos for top quality service & ingredients. Our roots started in street-food and have quickly evolved to opening our first fixed site takeaway in Kingsteignton.

Chanbury's has a tried and tested formula which already has a loyal and growing customer base. We would need our team to continue to follow in our footsteps to maintain our standards.

The Pizza Chef role would include the duties below and we would look for past experience in a catering environment with high hygiene standards.

**Pizza Chef Duties**
- Food preparation pre-shift.
- Preparing the wood-fired oven ready for service. We use real wood so we achieve that Smokey taste which makes Chanbury's taste so good.
- Making, cooking & cutting pizzas in a high speed environment.
- Stock rotation.
- Maintaining cleanliness levels and performing regular cleaning jobs.
- Preparing and cooking other food types on our menu.

Our kitchen will be visible to our customers so high standards will be needed at every step and we plan to use this to promote our brand.

Additionally we also cater for weddings and attend food festivals with our mobile oven setup so would expect our team to be fully flexible to work at these if needed next year.

Shifts and opening times will be mainly evenings with weekends operating from 4-10pm with some day shifts at our mobile events.

So if your keen for a new challenge or would like more information please get in touch.
