As Billing Administrator, you will be responsible for billings and will take full control of the sales ledger while helping implement new procedures to control the sales ledger and billings process. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a team environment and who is both flexible and hardworking in their approach to work with good customer service skills.

**As Billing Administrator (Credit Control), you will**:

- Raise invoices for goods / services supplied to customers
- Co-ordinate and work closely with Operations and carry out monthly billing procedure on time
- Compile complete overview of all billing
- Pro-actively manage and resolve queries from internal and external customers
- Work closely with the Credit Controllers to ensure a smooth and seamless service
- Develop close working relationships with internal customers to fully understand the business as well as establish a credible and effective network of contacts
- Work with internal and external customers, to actively support and initiate teamwork
- Experience in managing the billings process
- Ability and experience in system with mainstream accounting systems
- Ability and experience at intermediate level for Excel skills to perform reconciliations
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- Ability to demonstrate excellent level of English spelling and grammar

We’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience of working in a commercial environment and the ability to deal with people at all levels.

You will work the 37.5 hours per week with access to Apleona employee benefits that will be available to you as soon as you start.
