**The Role - Project Manager**
Pinnacle Power are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Operations team. We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail and can methodically work through our residential service program across multiple sites and effectively scheduleworks to engineers with the help of our scheduling team, along with driving continuous improvement and developing sound process within our operations department.
**Key Responsibilities/Duties**
- Ownership of the Residential Maintenance Schedule utilising MS Project, tracking Project progress and ensuring the adoption of new sites is completed correctly.
- Responsible for efficient and effective scheduling of the Residential Maintenance scheduling team across multiple sites
- Ownership and analysis of the HIU service tracking system, monitoring progress across various sites to ensure that the required completion rates are achieved, and accurately recorded.
- Streamlining pinch points and improving efficiency of HIU service and breakdown delivery.
- Liaising with the Operations department, both office-based staff and service engineers to ensure works are being delivered effectively.
- Ownership of the residential team training matrix, ensuring all relevant training is in place.
- Ensuring that the Residential Engineers are supplied with all required tooling, equipment, and associated documentation.
- Booking and coordinating engineer visits using our computerised maintenance management system (CMMS), ensuring the appropriate workload is spread across the team, and data is recorded correctly.
- Collaborating closely with the Customer Service team, to investigate any complaints and provide thorough detailed feedback.
- Answering incoming messages relating to work orders from customers and resolving through investigation, booking, and coordinating engineer visits where necessary.
- Liaising with the Customer Service team to schedule in reactive works and follow up visits.
- Identify and alert management of events with potential high business impact or emergency
- To investigate and reconcile servicing requirements and communicate / take action to resolve outstanding issues or future issues.
- To produce, from the system, reports on service status and operational performance and providing servicing updates, forecast and progress reports to the business.
**Skills**
- Educated to degree level in either Business or Project Management
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Well versed in complex work Scheduling, ideally within a field service / engineering setting
- Strong to advanced analytical skills with Microsoft Excel / Project etc
- Advanced IT literacy skills, ideally with solid experience with CMMS/CAFM.
- Must be able to find advice and solutions for operational queries and provide reliable information
- Must possess strong organisation skills and an eye for detail
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communications skills in English are essential
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and work ethic
- Ability to learn and work in multiple systems simultaneously
- Must possess integrity and trustworthiness towards the company
- Genuine interest in the industry and eagerness to contribute to a developing department
