- Learn how to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to determine fabrication requirements
- Learn how to operate and maintain various fabrication equipment, including press brake machines, plasma cutters, and pipe threading machines
- Learn how to fabricate and assemble metal components using welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and soldering
- Begin to perform machining tasks to shape and finish metal parts
- Rig and move heavy materials and equipment as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Qualifications:

- Must be hardworking and dedicated to learning
- Strong interest in mechanical work and understanding of fabrication processes
- Have the ability to learn how to operate fabrication equipment such as press brake machines, plasma cutters, and pipe threading machines
- Familiarity with machining tools and techniques would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship

**Job Type**: Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £8.00-£12.00 per hour
