They provide exceptional levels of nurture and care designed to meet the individual needs of children and young people with complex behaviouraldifficulties and are on the look out for a Registered Children's Home Manager or an experienced Deputy Children's Home Manager who is positive and dedicated to working with children and young people with complex and challenging behaviour and is committed toleading and inspiring their team to ensure they are committed to the highest standards of care and governance with a vision to champion a better future for the children and young people they support.

As the Registered Children's Home Manager, you must be willing to go above and beyond for the children and young people and your team. You will play a key role in providing tailored support to the children and young people you champion for whilst leading andinspiring your team; ensuring a safe, secure and accepting environment, enabling them to achieve, develop and flourish in all aspects of their life and become the best version of themselves.

- £30,000 - £41,000 per annum incl Ofsted and performance related bonuses.

- Hours - Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

**We don't want to lose you here**
- 3 years' experience working with Children and Young People in a residential setting and 2 years' experience in a managerial capacity.
- A strong understanding of appropriate legislation and confidentiality.
- Sound knowledge of the National Minimum Standards for residential children's homes.
- Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young Peoples Workforce.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. (Highly desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence.
