We have an immediate opening for an exciting opportunity for a client of ours in Seaham who are now looking for a Customer Coordinator who will support the UK Sales Manager in the Customer Care department.

Reporting to the UK Sales Manager you will be responsible for the following:

- Liaise with customers daily to confirm requirements and ensure 100% customer satisfaction and processing of orders
- Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information and guidance
- Take complaints from any customers and report them accordingly.
- Liaise with the Transport department to ensure the prompt delivery of goods and to keep customers up to date with delivery schedules.
- Liaise with the Operations team to communicate stock demand.
- Support the Customer Care Supervisors in their day-to-day tasks and advise where necessary.

**Working Hours - 37.5 hours working (paid breaks)**

Monday - Thursday : 08:45 - 17:00

Friday: 09:00 - 16:00

**Salary**

£19,760 per year starting wage

£20,280 per year after successful completion of 13 week probationary period

£20,800 per year after 26 weeks in role
