My client is an exciting high growth Technology business within the e-commerce software sector, with a focus on proving a point of sale system to independent retailers within the Cycle, Equestrian, Lifestyle, fashion and Outdoor sectors.
We are looking for an Administrator to join a successful administration team in Ulverston.
My client are looking to expand their Administration team to include a Part Time Administrator. The team is responsible for all administration duties across both offices in Ulverston and Manchester.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining office systems and procedures
- Data Management
- Filing including but limited to inputting invoices and checking expense claims.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Ordering office supplies
- Calendar Management
- Scheduling interviews/meeting
- Booking travel
- Support with marketing tasks.
**Essential**:
- Good IT skills
- Intelligent - GCSE (or equivalent education) in Maths and English;
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Flexible, professional and team approach
- Strong work ethic
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
