**Role of the Department**:
Sales will act as leaders to driving business for Jera. Through implementation of their in depth understanding of the companies’ offerings, values, and target market, this department will thrive in driving sales through developing initiatives and strategic planning.

The team will build and maintain positive working relationships with all key stakeholders.

**Basic Duties**:

- Support the Sales Team by managing schedules, creating sales documents and proposals, generating sales related reports for management, and performing general office admin functions.
- Handle and prioritize referrals and customer requests among the Sales Team.
- Perform sales process through activities and opportunities in ConnectWise and remain compliant with defined policies and procedures.
- Attend weekly sales meetings, report on sales opportunities are compliant with company policy.
- Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
- Responsible for entering time and expenses in ConnectWise as they occur.

**Sales support quotes**
- Assist the sales team to manage sales enquires.
- Prepare and Deliver Technical quotes.
- Assist with new customer administration.

- Ensure client information recorded is accurate and current.
- Work between sales and marketing to promote and deliver company services and offerings to our clients.

**Procurement**
- Resource equipment for clients following the ordering and purchasing procedure of the company.
- Arrange orders to be processed, accurately and in a timely manner.

**Supplier Liaison**
- Communication with suppliers on their offerings and generates a positive relationship.
- Check the progress of shipments match client orders, if there are issues, communicate solutions with the client.

**Client Liaison**
- Arrange and hold client meetings remotely.
- Communicate with clients review current offerings and highlight potential growth opportunities.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES REQUIRED**
- Experience in a previous administrative role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills
- Written and verbal.
- Confidence to interact with all levels of stakeholders.
- Proficient with the use of office software.
- Demonstrate professional outlook when handling requests.
- Experience in IT / Technology solutions.
- Enjoy and thrive when working in a fast moving, dynamic environment, and adapt to changes efficiently,
- Tribe player.
- Ability to make connections with people through being approachable,
- Confident and self-driven individual.
- An organised individual in terms of managing and controlling their work - methodical approach to handling sales requests and duties.
- Desire for relentless learning.
- Willing to learn new systems,

Qualifications:

- 2 years of sales, marketing, or business administration experience
