Job Title: Trainee Teaching Assistant **(5th September Start)**

Hours: Full-time

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team here at Omnia People as a **Trainee Teaching Assistant in Kent for an URGENT start for the 5th September **This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to kick-start their career in the teaching profession.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the teacher with classroom management and planning
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils
- Assisting with the preparation and delivery of lessons
- Helping to create a safe and engaging learning environment
- Contributing to pupil progress tracking and assessment
- Assisting with administrative tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- A keen interest in education and working with children
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A desire to pursue a career in teaching
