**The Role**:The Red Alert Telecare team provide fully managed TECS equipment services (telecare, telehealth and other assistive technology) to our clients.

We are looking to recruit a Care Technology Consultant/Telecare Advisor to join our dedicated team for London and the surrounding areas to assess and install alarm systems in domestic properties. Alarms range from panic buttons and smoke detectors to more complex devices to support vulnerable people. For more in depth information on the role please refer to the attached files.

A minimum of a years’ experience in the installation of electronic devices and general ability to carry out minor repairs on technical equipment is a benefit, however full training will be provided. Additional experience within care work or experience with vulnerable persons would also be advantageous. It is essential that you have a positive can do attitude and be willing to assist the wider team as and when required, and above all, have a desire to learn and develop your skills with a professional approach at all times.
