We have a new PA opportunity to join the team at Edinburgh Napier University, Scotland’s #1 Modern University. The PA will support the Dean of Business and their Senior leadership team providing administrative and secretarial support.

**The role**

This crucial PA role will provide confidential PA and administration to the School Dean, undertaking a range of duties including proactively managing the Dean’s diary, effective record keeping, scheduling and servicing of meetings, arranging travel and other procurement. The role may also provide an administrative service to the wider School leadership team in support of the School’s strategic objectives. The PA will liaise with a range of stakeholders including senior figures from external institutions as well as senior leaders across the university.

This role will be based at our Craiglockhart campus with some working from home being required during the transition back to campus life.

**Who we’re looking for**

You will be experienced in balancing competing demands and priorities and supporting more than one senior executive and ideally will have demonstrable PA experience from within a busy office environment, within the higher education sector would be beneficial but is not essential. Qualified with an HND or equivalent you will be able to work within a fast-paced environment managing and organising your workload as appropriate. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build stakeholder relationships across a range of sectors and disciplines.
