**Call Handler - Government Campaign - Welsh Speaking**
**Full time hours - 37.5 hour per week**
**Fully Remote**
**Start date - ASAP**
You will be required to have your own equipment for this role - it must be a **Windows 10 laptop or desktop computer.**
**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience within customer service - this doesn't have to be contact centre experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT experience
- Fluent Welsh Speaking

**Hours of work -**
- Monday to Sunday between 8am-8pm, five out of seven
- You must be able to work 37.5 hours per week with full flexibility between 8am to 8pm required.
- Will include some weekends

**Pay rate -**
- £10.30 per hour - paid weekly
- Paid holiday's when accrued
