**The role is offering a hybrid working pattern with two remote days and requires weekly travel to London (X1 day per week).**

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Acting as the first point of contact in handling high volume employee relations issues, guiding managers through processes in line with Company policies and attending meetings to provide HR Advice.
- First point of contact in supporting TUPE activity, supporting all people related aspects of TUPE transfers in and out of the business.
- Take ownership of all recruitment and leaver administration.
- Providing advice on legislation and ensuring that policies, processes, and procedures are kept up to date and applied fairly and consistently across the business.
- Support and coach business leaders on people related matters.
- Produce and deliver training to key stakeholders.
- Assisting the wider People team with ad hoc project work.
- Review policies and procedures to ensure they are up to date with legislation and best practice.
- Contribute to improved performance and business transformation.
- Taking day to day ownership of transactional HR elements.

With your CIPD qualification and your generalist experience, you must be confident in working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be agile in decision making to be successful.
