Overall purpose of the job:

- Provide world class customer service, and ensure smooth delivery of Exponential-e products and services.

Key responsibilities for this job:

- Provisioning of sales orders through to customer handover.
- Communicating regular, precise and accurate order updates to customers.
- Manage suppliers to ensure efficient delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate project records on our customer management systems.
- General administration.
- Any other fair and reasonable task or duty assigned to you by Management.

Knowledge and experience required:

- Customer service experience
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast paced environment.
- Responsible and willing to take ownership of projects.
- Well organised and self-motivated team player
- Effective communication skills, with an excellent telephone manner
- A strong attention to detail and a task finisher
