**Start date: Monday 31st October**

**Yearly Salary: £20,592.00**

**Holidays: up to 35 days holidays including bank holidays**

**Shift: Monday/Tuesday
- 8am-5pm, Wednesday/Thursday-8am-5.30pm, Friday/Sat-Day Off, **Sunday - 9am
- 2pm**

**New starts Advance: up to £600**

Inbound customer service advisor for Kura working within the Insurance Sector in Glasgow.
- ** Duration**: Full-time, permanent position
- ** Hourly rate**: £9.90 per hour
- ** Location**: Office-based, in Glasgow.
- ** Contract type**: Full time and permanent
- ** Working hours**: 8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday & 9am - 2pm Sunday

This customer service advisor role will let you make a REAL impact on people.

If you have experience working in a call centre or in customer service including customer facing positions such as sales or retail, we would love to hear from you.

Working on behalf of our client, an integrated Insurance company, you will be the first person to support customers on the phone with their accounts, answering queries and solving problems. We will give you all the training you need to deliver great service to customers, and you will be working in a highly supportive team who will always be there to help.

What we are looking for.:

- Ideally 6+ months experience in customer service, contact centre, sales roles or retail roles
- The ability to solve problems for others
- Experience handling sales/complaints is desired but not essential
- Great communication skills
- Committed and hard working
- Great people skills and team working ethic
- The desire to develop yourself
