A globally renowned manufacturer of capital equipment is seeking a Regional Business Manager / National Account Manager to help increase the company foothold across the region.
- Basic Salary - Up to £40K (dep on exp), Bonus, Car,
- Working hours - Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pM/Friday 8.30am - 2pm
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Regional Business Manager / National Account Manager will manage multiple business aspects of nominated Dealer Accounts in a manner which achieves targeted machine sales volumes. The business sells solely through a comprehensivedistribution network across the UK and Europe, all of which need constant support, management, and training.
As Regional Business Manager / National Account Manager, you will be expected to:
- Develop, implement, and manage sales and marketing initiatives.
- Identify, appoint, and assist in the development of new dealer accounts, where appropriate, within the region.
- Develop and agree annual business plans, providing regular documented feedback on progress.
- Submit regular local submission of market data/KPI's in line with agreed input targets, and measurement tools.
- Attend trade shows; dealer conferences and exhibitions and play an active part in marketing activities as appropriate.
- Proactively liaise with other company functions to ensure dealer accounts have access to engineers, field service and other team members as necessary.
- Have experience in a sales role, responsible for maintaining and building market share.
The ideal Regional Sales Manager / National Account Manager will be able to demonstrate a solid background in sales within manufacturing or engineering, with experience running projects and managing teams. Ideally you will be degree qualified and have knowledgeof plant machinery / capital equipment.
