ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role is part of the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Team, supporting colleagues across all ii offices in the UK. In this role, you will focus on the timely and accurate administration and coordinated transactional support throughout the employee lifecycle. This includes, but not limited to, the collection and processing of data such as updating employee records, data collation, data analysis, producing clear and concise letters, absence recording and other general HR administrative duties.

You will ensure that accuracy of data on employee systems, databases and payroll are maintained and will provide accurate and timely management information reporting to key stakeholder across the business. You will also provide administrative support to the HR Department as well as providing an efficient and friendly service to all members of staff requiring HR information.

Reporting directly to the HRSS Lead, this position will also support the wider HRSS team on administrative and payroll tasks, and project work. You will also act as first point of contact for HR, providing support on basic employee relations matters and staff queries.

**Requirements**:
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES/WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Acting as first point of contact for HR, managing general queries on employee life cycle, lifestyle and benefits received in the HR inboxes, and providing monthly employee updates to 3rd party benefits provider
- Acting as data quality and control, using regular checking, reporting and ensuring processes/checklists are being followed, making updates to processes as appropriate
- Supporting the annual Employment Rescreening and SMCR cycles, coordinating resources as appropriate
- Utilisation of the intranet to encourage self-service, signposting colleagues to resources
- Taking responsibility for the annual recognition schemes, quarterly Shine awards and managing Spot Awards budgets and budget holders
- Supporting accurate data collection, such as sickness reporting, and contributing to management information for the HR team and wider business
- Taking responsibility for the accurate processing and input of data for payroll purposes within monthly payroll cut off schedule and within SLAs. Includes, new starter, changes to role and terms, leaver, sickness reporting, maternity, paternity and unpaid leave.

- Supporting the onboarding process, ensuring all HR systems are updated accurately and records are maintained throughout the employee lifecycle as appropriate
- Supporting the HR team to deliver across a broad range of HR projects and annual cyclical activities, such as benefit renewal, holiday buy/sell, annual leave management and performance review processes
- Ensuring that all family friendly processes are updated in line with any legislation changes
