Service Controller

To assist the Depot Manager to manage the workshop to ensure a profitable & efficient site that meets or exceeds customer expectations and STC targets.

**The role involves**:

- Raising of job cards, estimates & invoices as required and update status of jobs on the system in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Planning the workload to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Scheduling of work and managing flow of works
- Maintaining schedules for all customers
- Liaising with customers regarding service schedules, updates, authorities and completion of work.
- Liaising with the workshop to ensure that times booked to jobs are monitored and parts are ordered and available for the job at the correct time.
- Processing purchase orders accurately
- Ensuring that the site is tidy, housekeeping standards are maintained and site is secure.
- Ensuring that all equipment is maintained in a proper fashion.
- Ensuring all Health & Safety arrangements are in place
- Promoting Health and Safety within the depot
- Undertake any reasonable duty specified by the Depot Manager and Company Directors.

v Hours Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm, with alternate Saturdays 7am-12pm

v Salary £30,000.00

v 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays

v Company uniform provided

v Auto pension enrolment after 3 months

v Simplyhealth Plan after 3 months

v Discretionary half and full yearly bonus
