Total Plumbing Supplies is proud to be part of the Independent Builders Merchant Group (IBMG). IBMG is the largest independent merchant group in the South of England operating through five core divisions (Builders Merchants, Timber, Plumbing & Heating, Roofing and Electrical), primarily serving trade customers with an extensive range of products. Due to the continued success and expansion of our business, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Operative/Relief Driver to join our team at our Frome branch.

**The Role**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Maintain the warehouse
- Taking deliveries from suppliers
- Preparing customer orders
- Stocking the shop
- Deliver goods when needed (driver preferred)
- Working as part of a team
- Forklift truck driving (training will be given)
- Daily upkeep of warehouse

**The Requirements**
- No formal qualifications required
- Have good verbal communication skills
- Ability to take instructions and work under mínimal supervision
- Flexible
- Be organised in prioritising workload effectively
- Be physically fit
- Ability to work on own initiative and work as part of a team
- Have a forklift truck qualification - this is an advantage but not essential
- Maintain good knowledge of health and safety policy and procedures at all times

**The Hours**

Week 1: Monday to Friday 07:30 to 17:00

Week 2: Monday to Friday 07:30 to 17:00 & Saturday 08:00 to 12:00
