This is a rare and unique position for a fun person, with a sense of adventure. Ocean Science Consulting Limited (OSC) seeks an International Executive Personal Assistant (IEPA).

The initial primary job involves working very closely with, and assisting, all aspects of two company Directors’ [extremely complicated, varied, and exciting] private lives, including their international private and commercial (_e.g._ United Kingdom, Greece & Spain) properties and vessels. A secondary role involves covering the full time OSC Office Manager, when on leave, and _vice versa_ for the Manager when the IEPA is on leave. The Office Manager’s role involves administration and logistics associated with an international marine environmental consultancy and its subsidiaries. All will be explained at interview.

All domestic and international travel, food, and accommodation expenses are covered during travel. Staying in the Director’s personal and OSC’s accommodation/vessel prior to the Director’s arrival to ensure various trades (housekeepers/stewardesses, workmen, groundsman, _etc._) have completed work to an exemplary standard, will be necessary.

**Examples of EPA responsibilities**
- Assisting Directors with all aspects of their private British and international estate;
- Domestic and international logistics (_e.g._flights, transfers, accommodation);
- Organising complex itineraries across numerous time zones for multiple people;
- Organising, maintaining, and improving extant systems and processes (e.g. Excel spreadsheets);
- Reviewing contracts (especially of utilities);
- Maintaining strict confidentiality;
- International travel to various locations to prepare for Directors’ arrival, i.e. organising cleaners, tradesmen, gardeners, ensuring properties/assets are maintained to an exceptional standard;
- Bringing complex tasks to completion without handholding.

**Qualifications, skills, & experience**
- Fluent in both English and Greek; Spanish a bonus;
- Flexible, discreet, confident, intelligent, and highly organised;
- Superlative multilinguistic verbal and written-communication skills;
- The ability to organise and prioritise tasks and workloads reliably and without prompting;
- Shows initiative, is proactive, and able to provide intelligent solutions to problems with a hands-on approach;
- A diplomatic, but firm approach to solving conflict;
- Excellent phone manner;
- IT and tech-savvy (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, _etc._); and,
- Excellent writing, spelling, grammar and punctuation, verbal, and numeracy skills.

Another position open at OSC is a Facilities Maintenance Manager (ask for details), so both positions might be optimal for a dynamic couple who are comfortable working together.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
