**About the role**

To ensure data integrity is key for both internal and external stakeholders to aid operational and strategic decision making as efficiently and effectively as possible.

**Key responsibilities**
- Responsible for data integrity for all things supplier related.
- Understand the business processes and data flows, being able to articulate new ideas and to help management teams and improve data handling.
- Support the Finance team with invoicing queries from Customers/Clients.
- Supporting the Operational teams with creating supplier pricing RFQ's and overseeing their input within GTI.
- Adhering to strict deadlines and accounting calendars.
- Support with facilitating Power BI reporting reconciliation for both Internal/External stakeholders.
- Identify and correct erroneous data as necessary within GTI.
- Liaise with Vehicle Recruitment and Control departments regarding any GTI data related queries.
- Liaise with customers regarding any queries and responding as quickly as possible.
- Liaise with BI Analysts to support creating reports and dashboards.
- Work with BI Analysts and client account teams for testing purposes. Ensuring high-quality and robust solutions are delivered.
- Support writing and communicating data and analytics documentation.
- Conduct training workshops and championing BI data and reports, enabling internal teams to be more effective in using data to help make better informed decisions.
- To be flexible in the duties you carry out, which may vary from time to time depending on the needs of the business.

**About you**

**Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications**
- Good level of general education expected
- Knowledge of transport industry (rail, bus/coach, taxi) and conversant with industry legislation is desirable
- Used to working with high volumes of data and ability to show/explain data to different stakeholders within the business
- Managing and prioritising workflow to achieve optimal team performance
- Works effectively under pressure and to deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional call handling skills
- Common sense and logical approach to assessing different scenarios
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access)

**Education & professional qualifications**
- GCSE level education as a minimum
