Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading **Global Electronics Manufacturing** Company in their search for a **Finance Assistant** to work in their offices in **Leeds**

**For the successful Finance Assistant our client is offering:
- Salary Negotiable
- Monday to Friday (0845 - 1730)
- Permanent
- Benefits: 23 days annual leave plus public bank holidays, long service increment up to 25 days, Company pension, Employee discount

**The role - Finance Assistant:
- Responsible for purchase ledger; posting vendor invoices and expenses
- Check purchase invoices using the SAP system
- Arrange payments through the online banking system
- Process monthly bank reconciliation
- Assist with supplier and vendor onboarding; bank details and processes relating to business trade from a financial perspective
- Liaise with 3rd parties where necessary; HMRC, Auditors, Accountants and company bank representatives

**What our client is looking for in a Finance Assistant Role**:

- Degree level education - **ESSENTIAL**:

- 2 Years experience in an accounts or finance role - **ESSENTIAL**:

- SAP System knowledge - **DESIREABLE**:

- Experience working in industry accounts / finance department - **DESIRABLE**
