**What we are looking for**:

- Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in operations, demonstrating familiarity with office management procedures and practices
- A customer-centric mindset, ensuring that all interactions with applicants and clients are handled with professionalism and care
- Willingness to learn and become an expert in our offerings is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
- Familiarity with payment services, such as terminals, eCommerce solutions, e-wallets, and related technologies, is a plus **but not mandatory**

**What your responsibilities would be**:

- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring a positive experience
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary customer information for onboarding
- Track and support the processing of all customers to transact
- Manage and process sales orders accurately and promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during order processing
- Act as a liaison between sales, customer service, and other relevant departments
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and gather necessary information for sales processes until live.
- Generate reports on sales metrics, pricing trends, and customer onboarding status
- Identify opportunities for data quality improvement and implement necessary updates
- Support the pricing of customer statements
- Regularly review and update product/service pricing based on market changes and business goals
- Track all leads and sales prospect pipeline
