**Position Overview**: Are you a natural-born people person with an innate ability to light up a room? Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences and making everyone feel welcomed and valued? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Meet and Greet Ambassador. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a pivotal role in setting the tone for their experience with us.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warm Welcome: Embrace guests with genuine warmth and hospitality as they arrive, ensuring they feel instantly at ease, valued and welcomed.
- Masterful Mingling: Engage guests in meaningful conversations, actively listening to their needs and preferences, and providing relevant information about our service/treatment offerings.
- Smooth Coordination: Work closely with our teams and managers to ensure seamless transitions and assist in directing guests to our new check in and booking platforms provided by Zenoti.
- Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the essence of Alchemy & I/Cecily Day Spa in your demeanour, interactions, and appearance.
- Problem Resolution: Address any concerns or issues raised by our guests promptly and effectively, striving to exceed their expectations at every turn.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain immaculate presentation of the welcome area, paying attention to every detail to create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere. : Foster a spirit of collaboration and teamwork among colleagues, supporting one another to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

**Additional Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for delivering all client expectations and requirements.
- Meet and greet clients with a engaging, confident personality, leaving a lasting impression.
- Educate Check-in and check-out of our clients efficiently and professionally.
- Address client queries.
- Ensure and maintain a clean and welcoming space for our clients.
- Deliver and exceed the agreed client journey.
- Observe health and safety protocols and address hazards when required.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Complete cashing up and end-of-day duties.
- Ensure toilets are cleaned, stocked up, and up to standards, including checking the cleaning logbook.

**What you need**:

- Background in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience working on reception.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of computers and booking systems.
- High level of attention to detail and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work a shift pattern rota including late nights and weekends.
- Highly adaptable to change, able to seamlessly adjust to new circumstances and environments.
- The ability to upsell and seek sales opportunities in store.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the booking system with a drive to ensure the software is working as efficiently and effectively as possible.
- A huge passion for further learning and development

**Engaging and Confident with Strangers**:
The successful applicant must possess an engaging and confident demeanour when interacting with strangers. They should have the ability to quickly establish rapport and make individuals feel comfortable and valued from the moment of their arrival. Capable of effectively managing conflicts as they arise, and demonstrating the willingness to engage with clients and address any issues that may arise throughout the day.
