We have an exciting opportunity for a Complex Cleaner to join our team at Lyons Eryl Hall Holiday Park in St Asaph. If you want to be part of a successful team who are multi skilled, guest obsessed and works in a clean and inviting environment, then read on

**Responsiblities**:

- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and empty waste bins in public areas.
- Clean and sanitise tables and chairs, other furniture as applicable.
- Clean toilets and hand basins.
- Clean and washing of windows and glass internally.
- Replenish consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels, hand sanitiser etc.).
- Carry out deep cleansing tasks and special projects when requested.

- Confidently deals with guest concerns with the ability to resolve problems, show empathy and understanding. Reacts to Guest Feedback and works with the team to respond quickly to address areas for improvement

**What you need to succeed**:

- Experience as a cleaner is desierable for this role.
- You should be able to demonstrate flexibility and strong time management skills.
- You will be able to prioritise your own workload with the ability to work to strict deadlines and targets.

**Schedule**:

- Holidays
- Week and weekend availability
- Early mornings is essential for this role. Shifts start at 6am.

**Part time, seasonal contract. Average of 5 days a week, includes weekend work.**
