Support the UEC System Control Centre team on the following areas; System resilience. Lead the coordination of system resilience in internal and external meetings when required. Understand operational and system resilience across the Integrated Care System. Ensure that SCC plans are developed, maintained, and delivered in partnership with ICB colleagues and through constructive relationship with stakeholders. To ensure the successful and sustainable implementation of specific work programmes through the use of influencing and persuasive skills in a situation where direct authority and control mostly do not apply. To represent NHS NEL Integrated Care System at local meetings and develop appropriate links and working relationships across professional and organisational boundaries The post holder has significant responsibility and takes accountability for their own work area, in an often highly political and sensitive environment.

They provide independent leadership and take guidance from corporate and national policies and guidelines. Leading assigned programmes and managing programme and project teams assigned to them Responsible to the System Programme Director accountable for their programmer to ensure deliverables and outcomes are met and impact is measured Postholder has significant responsibility and accountability for own work area and leads independently on this. Takes guidance from corporate or national policies and guidelines Overall corporate accountability for own programme team and staff assigned to them leading collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to enable the organisation and wider health and care partnership to deliver local transformation priorities to time and in a cost-effective way; close working with the PMO team on the allocation of DSU resources, in line with organisational and system priorities; on assigned programmes, being responsible for a high standard of delivery on time, to agreed quality standards, and in a cost-effective manner; on assigned programmes, leading the development and implementation of qualitative and quantitative measures to measure performance and impact against the organisational and partnership strategy, flagging any issues, risks and concerns and advising on their resolution; on assigned programmes, leading the reporting on the progress of delivery against programme, organisational, and system strategic priorities through personal representation at senior management forums and by written reports in a clear, understandable, and audience-appropriate manner to relevant boards and groups of staff; on assigned programmes, ensuring robust delivery planning and governance and overseeing any formal assurance required; on assigned programmes, leading work with stakeholders to forward plan sign-off requirements, providing clarity on the quality of information required from colleagues working across the programme; on assigned programmes and across the delivery unit, ensuring that best-practice methodology is created and used in the delivery of programmes and projects at all levels of the organisation, always challenging ways of working and persuading, motivating and influencing others to realign their practice where necessary; on assigned programmes and across the delivery unit, personally creating a culture of ongoing transformation delivery improvement and learning; on assigned programmes and across the delivery unit, providing expertise in best practice methodologies, regulatory requirements, policy imperatives, innovation and technological developments, and stakeholder insight; on assigned programmes and across the delivery unit, developing and communicating the vision and opportunities for innovation in the delivery of transformation programmes, and support the development of strategy and operational policies to support this vision; on assigned programmes and across the delivery unit, investigating examples of national and international best practice and ensure that north east London benefits from relevant innovations in transformation delivery; on assigned programmes and across the delivery unit, developing and championing new initiatives or projects as required or directed; defining current processes, facilitating discussions, and advising colleagues as to how best practice might be adopted in the definition of future processes, and overseeing documentation of those processes as they are agreed and overseeing their delivery; engaging with key regional and local stakeholders as directed to inform the development of local strategy,
